Who can use Chat Random
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or join a call. If an account turns out to belong to someone younger, it is closed.
An account belongs to one person. Do not share your login, sell an account or run one on someone else's behalf.
What is not allowed on a call
Every call is one-to-one. Any of the following gets an account removed:
- Explicit material on camera, from either side.
- Anything at all involving a person under 18. This is removed at once and reported to the authorities.
- Harassment, threats or pressure, including carrying on after the other person has said no.
- Recording the other person, screenshotting them to share, or passing on any part of a call.
- Pretending to be someone else, or using calls to advertise, recruit or run a scam.
Ending calls, reports and blocks
Either side can end a call at any moment, with no reason given. Reports are reviewed by people. An account removed for breaking these terms stays removed, and the same person cannot register again. Blocking someone is permanent and takes effect immediately.
Coins and charges
- New accounts get some free matches. How many is decided by automated anti-abuse checks, so no particular number is promised.
- After that, calls are paid with coins bought in advance and used up while a call runs.
- Each girl sets her own price. There is no single rate, so calls of the same length can cost different amounts.
- A notice appears in the call before charging starts.
- Payments are processed by a payment provider. Chat Random does not store card numbers.
No guarantees about who is online
The service is provided as it is. Who you meet depends on who is online at the time, so no particular person, waiting time or uninterrupted service can be guaranteed.
When these terms change
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using the service after that date means the updated terms apply. What data is collected is covered separately in the Privacy Policy.
