Something happened on a call
Report from inside the call, then hang up. It is the quickest route, and the report carries the part of the conversation it is about, so you will not be asked to explain it again. A person reviews every report.
If it involves anyone under 18, report it and leave the call. Those reports are handled separately and passed to the authorities.
A payment problem
Report it and a person will check the transaction. Keep your payment receipt — card numbers are not stored by Chat Random, so we cannot look a card up. And remember each girl sets her own price, so two calls of the same length can cost different amounts.
Your account and your data
You can ask for your account to be deleted, for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected. The privacy policy explains what is kept after deletion and why.
[email protected] is read by a person. For anything that happened on a call, the report button is still faster.
